رویکرد سیاست خارجی متناقض دولت اردوغان در بعد منطقه‌گرایی و پیامدهای امنیتی آن بر ایران در بستر بحران سوریه

چکیده

یکی از اصلی‌ترین موضوعاتی که از منظر مطالعات منطقه‌ای توجه اغلب تحلیلگران سیستم بین‌الملل را معطوف به خود نموده مسئلۀ رویکرد متناقض دولت ترکیه در بحث منطقه‌گرایی و در بحران‌های منطقه‌ای است. سؤال این است که رویکرد سیاست خارجی دولت اردوغان چگونه منافع و اهداف این کشور را در سطح منطقه‌ای تبیین می‌نماید؟ به نظر می‌رسد که رویکرد سیاست خارجی دولت ترکیه در دوران جدید با نوعی دوگانگی و تناقض همراه است. این کشور همزمان نقش یک قدرت منطقه‌ای فعال و میانجی ثبات را ایفا می‌کند و در عین حال، با استفاده از مداخلات مستقیم و بهره‌برداری از بحران‌ها، منافع ایدئولوژیک و ژئوپلیتیک خود را دنبال می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر از نوع بنیادی-کاربردی، با روش کیفی و رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی تدوین شده است. هدف از طرح این پژوهش نیز تحلیل و واکاوی رفتار سیاست خارجی دولت ترکیه در بحران‌های منطقه‌ای به‌خصوص بحران سوریه و پیامدهای امنیتی آن برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. یافته‌ها و نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهند که رفتار متناقض سیاست خارجی ترکیه، در بحث منطقه‌ای و به‌خصوص در بحران سوریه پیامدهای مؤثری در بعد منطقه‌ای-امنیتی برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران داشته است. دولت ترکیه با حمایت همه‌جانبه از مخالفان دولت سوریه (از ابتدا تا انتها) و سقوط دولت بشار اسد، ضمن تشدید بی‌ثباتی پیرامون مرزهای ایران، موجب افزایش تهدیدات اسراییل و محور ابراهیم، حضور قدرت‌های فرامنطقه‌ای، تضعیف هرچه بیشتر محور مقاومت و کاهش نفوذ منطقه‌ای ایران شده است.
